A mass of everlasting clouds. Lightning strikes all the time and rain below is all too common. Its one of the only means of traversing the length of Moltara in a timely manner. Rogue islands float about the cloudy expanse making going off the known routes extremely dangerous. Lighthouse beacons are stationed by major entrances to guide stray vessels to the open sky.
