Pale grey canvas shot through with silver-blue thread. In still air the cloth still ripples, as if it can feel a breeze nobody else can.
Ship Upgrade(Sails) , Rare (No)
A suit of sails for a ship of Gargantuan size or smaller. A ship can carry only one suit of sails at a time.
- Into the Wind. The ship’s sails move at their normal speed when sailing into the wind, instead of the slower into-the-wind speed.
- Tough Weave. The sails component has resistance to lightning and slashing damage.
- Self-Trimming. The sail crew has advantage on checks to reef the sails (see Sails).
Installation & Price
5,000 gp, installed. Covers a full suit for a Gargantuan ship and 1 day of a shipwright’s work at a major sky port. Larger ships cost more, at the DM’s discretion.
